The E-life Academy, a subsidiary of E-life Magazine, is taking strategic steps to empower Nigerians, particularly the younger generations, by providing them with essential tools and strategies to discover their purpose, identify strengths and weaknesses, and create a roadmap to succeed in all aspects of life.
To achieve this, they are organizing their first-ever Mentoring Masterclass, a live seminar that will take place in Lagos, Nigeria.
During a press conference last week, Dr. Bola Adewara, the editor-in-chief of E-life Magazine, emphasized the urgency of redeeming the younger generation from moral challenges and purposelessness.
The Mentoring Masterclass aims to equip participants with valuable life skills. Topics include securing a fulfilling old age, avoiding common mistakes in parenting, and cultivating a harmonious marriage.
This masterclass will offer practical guidance on building and maintaining positive relationships, handling conflicts, and establishing a strong support network of family, friends, and colleagues.
Participants will be encouraged to reflect on past experiences, identify areas of improvement, and take steps towards a regret-free and fulfilling future.
For men, the masterclass will provide an opportunity to learn from past mistakes, leverage the knowledge of others, and expand their network by connecting with experienced leaders.
Upon completion of the masterclass, participants will receive a certificate of attendance, which will be valuable when the E-life Academy officially launches.
Additionally, there will be a special lecture pack available for participants at a reasonable fee.
In a goodwill message to the participants, Bishop Tony Marioghae, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for E-life Academy and President of The Evangelical Ark Mission (TEAM) International in the Philippines, emphasized the importance of mentoring for personal growth, gaining new perspectives, and acquiring insights from experienced mentors. He highlighted how mentoring can foster a sense of support and value, leading to enhanced job satisfaction and motivation.
The Mentoring Masterclass is scheduled to take place on August 19, 2023, at EPIC International Church, located at 45/50, Taike Street, Ikosi, Ketu, starting at 10 am. This seminar promises to be an enriching experience for both mentors and mentees, offering opportunities for leadership development and self-reflection.
